| This farm is in more than one way very special. It impresses not only with size, over 120 square kilometers or about 30'000 american acres. It is almost as big as the principality of Liechtenstein or about twice the size of the Republic of San Marino. It offers a lot of natural beauty and direct frontage of about 11 Kilometers to the important river Itonama. It also has another 10 Kilomters of secondary river access. Of particular interest is another 4 Kilometer direct lake frontage on the lake "Piniquisca". But on the property itself there are two smaller private lakes. Both about 300 meters in diameter. |

| CHEPEROBA has its own air strip and can easely be reached either from Magdalena or if desired by air taxi directly from Trinidad or Santa Cruz. Magdalena is only 10 flight minutes away and offers all the conveniences of a provincial center, like a bank, telephone, shopping facilities, hotel, bar, restaurant, etc. Magdalena was founded in 1720 and is the county seat of the province of Itenez. It is regularily serviced by the National Airline LLOYD AERO BOLIVIANO from Trinidad, Santa Cruz oder La Paz. |

| The most scenic way to reach CHEPEROBA is by river boat. In the dry season this farm can also be reached by jeep, truck or moto cycle. However the nicest way to reach CHEPEROBA is by horse back which leads through a beautiful scenic landscape. |

| The nature lover will be especially impressed by the panoramic river shore. Flora and Fauna are of breathtaking beauty and there is an abundance of a large variety of tropical wild life. |

| The fish and water lover will be especially impressed by the many fishing spots among the eleven kilometer long river shore of the ITONAMAS. In addition he will be thrilled by four kilometers of direct lake shore which again offers not only a lot of fishing possibilities but all other sorts of water sports such as sailing, motorboating and whatever else your heart desires. |

| The discovery of CHEPEROBA starts from the puesto central (main post) right next to the air strip we will find the romantic "jungle house". Near to the house one will find a forest which is full of so called precious woods. In south easterly direction we will find the first outpost which is called "La China". It is situated directly on the river Itonama. It is a truly idyllic spot but we go on to the next outpost. Crossing the very large and extensive grazing lands the large lake of "Piniquisca" is visible on the horizon. In south westerly direction a small lake is found which also forms a natural border. A further small lake with the name "La Polca" is found in the north western direction. A further natural border is the small river "Chunano". Again a lot of excellent fishing spots are located among the shore of the Chunano. This river is navigable throughout the most time of the year and serves therefore as a natural waterway for the western part of the farm. Further on north the Chunano flows into the river San Antonio which meets again the Rio Itonomas and therefore offers a direct river access to Brazil. |
