Owner wishes to retain a wheel track easement from the 2nd home along an existing wheel track to Bear Creek for the benefit of her adjoining property.  If she sells the adjoining property, said easement shall be rescinded.
500 gallon underground fuel tank which has not been used for the last 25 years shall be certified by Shasta County.
