RExBuy® is to perform the following
 

  • Criteria Analysis
  • Financial & Credit Analysis
  • Locating acceptable Lenders, in required
  • Search various Data Bases, MLS's, the Internet and RExData® for suitable Properties
  • Locate the right property
  • Perform the due-diligence on the selected Property
  • Negotiate with the Seller or Sellers Agent for the best price and terms acceptable to the Buyer
  • Follow through to the close of escrow
