         A referral fee is to be paid to RExData upon closing of a transaction with a Buyer we have referred to you.

(2)    California Ranches.
        If you wish to represent yourself with no Agents or Brokers involved, please complete the following  Referral Agreement.
        A referral fee is to be paid to RExData upon closing of a transaction with a Buyer we have referred to you.

        If you wish to have us represent you, show your ranch and obtain an acceptable offer, please complete the following agreements.
      Non Exclusive Listing Agreement.
      Real Estate Agency Relationship Disclosure

(3)    Real Estate Listing Agents and Brokers
        For Ranches not located in California, please complete the following Referral Agreement.
        A referral fee is to be paid to RExData upon closing of a transaction with a Buyer we have referred to you.

        For California Ranches, complete the Ranch Info Form and indicated the commissions to the Selling Office.  I will place your property on the RExData® database, however not on my web
        web site.  Upon locating a qualified Buyer for your Listing, I will represent the Buyer and make arraignments with you to show the Ranch.
 

Decide which agreement is best suited for you, open the agreement, complete the agreement, sign, retain a copy, fax the agreements to the fax number below and mail the originals to the address below.
